Information Collected and Use

Order Forms

DC74 requests information from the customer on the order forms. The information requested includes personal information such as name and address and also financial information such as credit card information. This information is used solely for billing purposes.


A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on the customers’ hard drive containing information about the user. The information is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Log Files

DC74 collects IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, to track user’s movement, and to gather broad demographic information. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information of the customer.

Surveys and Contests

Occasionally,  DC74 requests information from customers for use in surveys and contests. The information requested may include contact information and/or demographic information. Contact information is used to notify the winners and award prizes while the survey information is used to improve the use and satisfaction of the website.

Support Ticket System

DC74 has a system of support in which customers may submit private data in the form of a ticket to resolve any issues they may have. The information submitted via this system is stored by  DC74. This data is used solely to analyze and resolve the customer’s issue.

DC74 shall inform customers of the purpose for which it collects and uses personal information.  DC74 shall also inform the customer of any disclosure of his or her personal information to a third party. The customer shall have the option to limit the use of any personal information.

Before disclosing personal information to a third party,  DC74 shall notify the customer of the intended disclosure and shall provide the customer with the option to opt out of such disclosure.


DC74 shall take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure to prevent loss of the information, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. DC74 shall use information collected for its relevant and intended purpose only. If there is any change of use of the personal information collected,  DC74 shall inform its customers and gain their approval before making such changes of the use of the personal information collected. Further,  DC74 shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information collected is accurate and reliable for its intended use.

Access to Personal Information Received

DC74 shall provide customers with reasonable access, as required by law, to their personal information in order to confirm that it is correct or to amend or delete inaccurate information.
